  • The National Museum of Australia

    Fyusion supported the National Museum of Australia (NMA) to find better ways of working and identify efficiencies in how they operate across their digital platforms.

    We supported the NMA by undertaking user research to identify opportunities to improve how they use their staff intranet and what information should and could be accessed through this medium. We identified themes, insights, and recommendations that were able to guide the NMA to determine where to focus their resources and what were the next steps towards streamlining their digital platforms.

  • First Call Nursing

    First Call Nursing has been providing in-home care and support services in Sydney since 2000, enabling people who are frail aged or disabled to continue to live independently in their own home and enjoy access to their local community.

    First Call Nursing is an approved aged care provider and a registered NDIS provider with fully qualified staff. We have worked with First Call Nursing for over ten years and have seen the wonderful care they provide for their clients.

  • The Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House

    We supported MoAD’s Learning Programs Team to identify the most efficient and effective ways to increase the reach and achieve growth in civics and citizenship education across school age audiences.

    We worked with the team to develop a sustainable way to prioritise their program investments, focusing on how to assess each investment's ability to achieve MoAD's learning and organisational goals. The method we developed was applied to potential investment options and the results presented as a business case for their further consideration.
