How we work

The type of work we are asked to support includes but is not limited to strategic analysis, organisational and service reviews and design, change management, process reengineering, business planning, business case development, and benchmarking exercises.

We are most often engaged to support senior public sector clients at a strategic level.

We help our sponsor to review and reposition their organisations (or parts thereof), advising and guiding them to a successful outcome.

To achieve this, we conduct research, undertake reviews (at the organisational, functional, and operational level), test ideas and develop evidence-driven deliverables - such as reports and recommendations, guides, tools, and templates. These are always fit-for-purpose and designed to help our clients activate the endorsed recommendations.

As with many of our key projects, our curious nature and genuine interest in the work means we keep in contact with those we have worked with, which ensures we keep connected to the issues.

Strategic Partnerships

It is a privilege to have been identified as a Knowledge Partner by the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA). Only a handful of organisations have been given this status and we are delighted to have been invited into this esteemed partnership arrangement.

IPAA NSW are keen to leverage from our deep experience and understanding of the public sector so that we can share our knowledge with the wider IPAA network. We have been asked to share our advice and expertise which we will do by co-publishing articles, presenting at forums and events and attending specialist interest group meetings.

Our track record

We have delivered hundreds of key projects for government organisations, with government and quasi-government clients being our primary consulting base. Many clients re-engage us once we have worked with them, but we also take on new clients, mostly through the various government panels we are on.
